the most elegant possible way to make tea or coffee everrrrr... the aesthetics and the function are beyond what we could have ever hoped for... precision pour and temperature with such an intuitive and genius design! some reviews poopoo the fact that water comes out of the top ---- that happens super rarely for us and only when we're rushing or have filled it it too high... i really appreciate the reminder to just sloooooooowww downnnnn... and enjoy! :)

It looks nice on the kitchen counter with its perfect design and workmanship. Easy to use, I can rely on it to make tasty coffee every day. I would give it a 5-star rating if not for the on/off switch. I can't realibly perform this simple task consistently. It often took multiple tried to get it working. Unplug and replug the electrical cord seemed to increase the successful rate, at lease for a while.

We love it! It's beautiful, perfectly controls temperature, easy to use and make no noise!. However, it conducts heat and becomes pretty hot on its exterior surface when done. It also leaks if you pour too fast, and get a bit of a smell when boiling.

This is what modern appliances should be like: the digital integration is subtle but useful, in setting and showing a precise temperature in a simple UI. You don't need an app or bluetooth pairing to make a cup of tea! The design and construction is nice.
