Perfect Kettle for a Perfect Pour Over

This is my new favorite kettle! It heats quickly, and the spout and timer help produce the perfect pour over. It comes in a wide assortment of stylish colors. I’m very happy with the green kettle I purchased.

I didn’t know how bad my old kettle was to me

Great kettle! I had a cuisinart kettle that I’ve used for a decade. I thought that one was an amazing kettle until I bought this. I use this daily and it’s frequently on most of the day time. I use it for coffee, tea, and general hot water when cooking. You won’t regret this purchase. I especially like the double walled heat retention and fast heating so I always have hot water

A Modern Kettle

The precise temp control & hold have been a game changer for me. The Stqgg EKG Kettle has made quite a difference in efficiency as well. Before the Stagg EKG Electric I used a stove top kettle, it worked at first but as I got more into coffee I found myslef needing precise temperature more often and I was constantly turning the poor stove on and off all day! Often I would get busy and miss my brew temp., so I would have to turn the stove back on to rewarm the water to the temp I missed.
No more of all that....this kettle has freed me from the stove and I am making better tasting coffee as well with the kettle.
It's really been a joy to use the kettle everytime because of the design. It's noticeably balanced and the kettle pours very consistent. It has been convenient to use for pour over. And with the balance of the kettle you can pour fast or slow and stop on a dime to the desired amount. It heats fast and is quiet compared to some noisy stove top kettles I've had.
I would buy the kettle again. It has made brewing and tasting more enjoyable.

A few months later and no regrets

I have had this kettle for a few months now and it works amazing. It is very easy to use and adjust the temperature. The pourover coffee timer makes it much easier to do my pourovers and eliminates one more gadget to keep track of. I am exceedingly happy with this purchase.

Life changing

I never realized how tedious it was to boil water daily for my coffee but this kettle changed everything. As someone who drinks a cup every day this allows me to start a boil and finish making my breakfast or other tasks and not worry about the temperature or having to prevent it from boiling over. It is a nice treat for a coffee lover!

Best. Kettle. Ever!

I finally upgraded my kettle after purchasing the Tally Pro about a month ago. I already had the Ode 2 grinder, so now the trifecta is complete! I love the programmable function on this kettle. My pour over is ready to begin when I wake up! My wife loves the matte finish and walnut handle. She actually lets me keep it out on the counter (she can't stand stuff on the counter). The Stagg heats up incredibly quickly and maintains the temperature perfectly. I love how when I remove it from its base to make my first pour, it immediately maintains the heat when I put it back between pours. My Bonavita maintained temp well, but once I took it off the base, it completely reset. I wish the kettle held a bit more, perhaps for multiple pour overs...but that is just a want, not a need. I am absolutely satisfied...actually thrilled...with the Stagg EKG Pro!
