Expensive kettle that broke in <3 years. Fellow will not help despite known defect. I would buy this product only if you don’t expect longevity with the kettle.

The Stagg makes the daily coffee ritual much more enjoyable and fun! I used to have a normal kettle and would have to have my eyes flood to it it to make sure it didn’t over- boil which also took a while to heat up… with the Stagg’s hold feature it’s practically set and forget and brews in an instant!
