This kettle heats fast and maintains the temperature for an hour. I use it for both coffee and tea. The curved spout allows for good circular movement when pouring water over coffee.

Love how it looks on my countertop and how fast it heats! Works beautifully for my pour overs. Would have given 5 stars, but my only issue is the knob on the lid keeps coming loose.

I know this was actually designed for coffee nerds, but the custom temps are very useful for teas and infusions as well (different teas require different temps for a plethora of reasons, ask any Brit or google it) and when making lemon water (for healing purposes, not sugary lemonade) you want the water to be warm and not piping hot lest you kill all the good stuff.
This kettle is making me get in more fluids because it heats up at warp speed and there’s no guessing involved nor waiting for water to cool down (and no burning of fingers or lips) therefore I use it all the time. It’s great for impatient people who appreciate great design ;)

I love that it holds the set temp even when the kettle is lifted to pour several times. And so intuitive to reset the target temp. Just turn the knob - retro and perfect.

How happy I am each morning to have my day start with such an artistic kettle! It’s almost as if my senses awaken before the brew is consumed. My Stagg EKG warms my heart as it heats my water. This is the most thoughtful kettle I’ve had the pleasure of using. Great :+1::skin-tone-5:
