Perfection in a pot

This kettle is perfect. It comes to temperature rapidly and holds temperature as I need it to before I'm ready for use. I love the sleek design and the weighted handle makes pouring more comfortable. The built in timer function is also super handy. Would definitely purchase again.

Great addition to my coffee paraphernalia!

The kettle works amazingly fast, and I love the design and feel - I have much more control pouring and it is already proving to be a game changer for my coffee routine. The built in hold is a must have for a parent of three young kids - you never k ow when you are going to get 3 minutes to make a good cup of coffee! I am very happy with the ekg and would recommend it!

Nearly Perfect

Overall, great product. Kinda wish the switches on the back for hold and units felt a little more substantial but you rarely use them once set. I mainly took a star off because the product arrived with a weird ring of dry gunk around the top of the kettle where the lid fits in. Also looked a little scratchy on the inside. It might had been a return? Either way since they have a 1 year warranty I figured it wasn't worth the resources to exchange.
Aside from that, this thing is pretty sweet. Clean controls, looks great.

Lower Temps Issue?

Everything about this kettle is great BUT seems to over-shoot lower temps & you have to wait a moment for it to come back down (or grab it quick beforehand). Certainly the sexiest water kettle I’ve ever owned. Now I have upgrade everything else on my countertop!
