Bought pro studio 2 weeks ago. Had basic one prior. Also have non electric jic. Aesthetics wonderful. Programming excellent. Ability to program length of time to maintain temp very useful. Highly recommend

Works great. Don’t know if it’s advisable to leave water in it all the time …or not. Even a few days later, I still faintly smell an “electrical smell”. I don’t get the sense anything is burning other than maybe some residual manufacturing residue.
I was surprised that the initial cleaning is nothing more than heating water to a boil…holding at boil for 1 minute.
It’s taking a little getting used to if you’re shooting for a particular pour rate. This thing can pour very softly…probably not a term used for a pour-over kettle.
Functionally, I can’t imagine anything else I’d want from a kettle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great, but materials and feel of the plasticky base and buttons are a let down, especially the dial which is unexpectedly flimsy. Definitely expected it to feel much more premium given the price.

Aesthetically appealing. Only downfall is how small it is. There isn’t enough water to fill a standard French press so we have to fill it twice each day
Works great and I love being able to hold the temp for an hour

2 issues:
1. The controls are NOT intuitive and complicated to use, especially when using the the schedule on function.
2. The water quantity is barely sufficient.

I love how quickly this kettle works and it's so pretty! Perfect for pour-over but ya'll knew that. My only critique is the cord, which is very thick and an awkward length if you are keeping it on a countertop next to an outlet. Some way to store excess cord in the base, etc. would be a great step towards better cable control!
