I've been wanting to replace

I've been wanting to replace my Keurig with a plastic free coffee set up. I decided to go with a pour over and this kettle. Could not be happier with my purchase. It looks great on my counter, heats the water up quickly, and holds the temperature so I don't have to worry about water boiling over.

I made my first pour over with the kettle this morning and was very impressed by how smoothly it pours. The kettle is well-balanced weight-wise which makes it very easy to control the pour. And it looks great! Highly recommend.

The kettle itself is fine,

The kettle itself is fine, especially since I figured out the controls. The software is not up to par, however. There’s conflicting information in the instructions about which app to use, and the firmware update is extremely glitchy. I was very close to returning the kettle, as I feel that such an expensive appliance should come with good software support. Now I’ve decided to ignore the software and just use the kettle as is. It seems to hold the desired temperature well and has an adequately engineered spout.
