I bought it for V60 coffee making. It works perfectly for that. The fact that I can set the kettle to whatever temperature I prefer was one of the main reasons to purchase it. It heats up very quickly and then stays at temp until I’m ready to use it. Love the style and with the mat black finish and walnut handles it looks great on the countertop.

Pretty much worth the money

Very good kettle built from quality materials. Only a couple nit-picks:
- It'd be nice to be able have two preset temps. E.g. I frequently switch between 140 F for baby formula and 205 F for coffee. It takes a long time to scroll 65 degrees!
- Sometimes I have to push the knob a couple times to get the thing to turn on.

l love this kettle!

The kettle is so perfect and sleek! It is fast and I love the temperature setting ability it has. One con of the kettle is that you have to be mindful of how full the kettle is because it can leak even if you're under the max fill line. But other than that, it's a great purchase.

Well designed and constructed, easy to use, makes my morning pour over routine quick and efficient…all while being able to stare at something beautiful. Glad I went the extra for stone blue/walnut.

this was a replacement for a stagg kettle that I "lost" while moving. it's great, really excels at pour over coffee. It complements my Ode grinder and there's really nothing else to say but "awesome"!
