Horrible temperature control

From day 1, this kettle has terrible temperature control. Dial in a temp (say, 200), and instead of heating smoothly up to 200 and stopping, the heating element will click audibly on and off every few seconds, the temperature display ping-ponging between “97”, then “200-Hold”, then “103”, then “200-Hold”, etc, dozens and dozens of times, before finally settling in at 200. Now whenever I walk up to the kettle, I can’t trust that it is at temperature even when it says “200-Hold”, and have to wait a few seconds to make sure it is not actually still in the low 100s.
Even my cheap old Cuisinart electric kettle that poured sloppily handled this simple task perfectly. I can’t believe such an expensive kettle would have such lousy temperature sensors!

We love this kettle that give us a peacefulmind when we brew our coffee or tea. It is elegant and practical.
You just have to fill it with water, then choose de temperature you need, and start the machine. No need to stay looking to the kettle to prevent it to overflow. When it reaches the chosen temperature, it keep it there until you turn it off.

Perfect kettle that does everything it needs to while looking beautiful! I had a very minor issue with the wood finish and customer support was super easy to work with. I'd buy another if I needed 2 kettles!

So far so good. It keeps on boiling water and working well. Cleaning it seems easy enough but depending on how often you use the kettle you may need to repeat the cleaning process 1 or 2 times.

The shipping was fast, and everything arrived safely. It's a beautiful looking kettle, and heats the water up so quickly. I would usually do something quick around the house before the water would be ready, but now I can just stick around the kettle.

We had to get a replacement because ours quit working and you sent us the wrong type of kettle . We did not want a goose neck kettle . How do we go about getting the correct kettle ?
