Didn’t live up to the hype

I was super excited for this kettle, but it was temperamental and sometimes took minutes to turn on. Not something you want to deal with when you just want your morning coffee. I ended up returning it and got a simple kettle that easily turned on and boiled water.

I Love this little pot. I have arthritis and this pot if the perfect weight for me to lift. It's beautiful and heats up water fast for my pour over coffee.

Don’t be tricked by it’s good looks.
- the metal ring on the handle gets extremely hot. Burns my hand every time I use it.
- does not hold temperature
- has plastic smell when heated up.
-leaked from the top
- feels cheap

Broke after 6 months

My brand new fellow broke after 6-8 months of owning it. It was a large purchase so you can imagine my frustration.
I reached out to Fellow who said they'd replace but only after I sent my old one back. So I shipped it back and received a new one. Except the replacement kettle was clearly a refurbished kettle. It had white dust on top and was clearly used. I decided to wipe it down and use it because I was desperate to make coffee until a friend visited and let me know this is not normal. She urged me to write a review and voice my frustration because this is a high priced kettle that should work flawlessly.
I am extremely disappointed as this is a kettle I have wanted for a long time.

Great product! Sleek design and looks. Heats a full kettle of water pretty quickly and the temperature controller works down to the degree. Highly recommend.
