Studio edition is great

It performs very well. I wanted a second kettle. I had a Fellow ekg and decided to get the studio pro. I’m glad I did. It looks beautiful on my coffee bar and I’m pleased with its performance.

Our previous kettle died a few weeks ago and we purchased our Stagg then. We love it! It heats fast, it's super easy to use and it's both ergonomic and very user friendly.

This is a great kettle. It heats quickly and is remarkably accurate. I love the hold feature and the ability to set a precise temperature. It even lets you know the weather. Okay, that's a bit of a stretch. BUT, we did have a low pressure air mass over our region for a couple days, and I realized that the water I was heating for coffee reached boiling at a lower than normal temperature for our altitude. Hadn't really thought about that since my school days. I have to add that when I first started making pourover coffee at home 12 years ago, I read about gooseneck kettles and decided that they were too much of a gimick to warrant purchasing one. But then I used a Fellow kettle at a VRBO on Maui and became a convert!

I have been traveling .. . I have not opened my box, but I think I ordered the wrong kettle. What are the benefits between the long gooseneck and the shorter spout which is what I thought I ordered?
