Wonderful kettle

Great kettle. I replaced my old failing kettle with this new Pro model. Works great! I like the timer function and the fact that it will hold temp for a period of time. Something my old one would not do. The fir and finish is spot on and fits well in our kitchen.

Beautiful piece! I got the walnut handle and it nearly perfectly matches my knife stand. The heat is rapid but slows down approaching target temperatures as to not overshoot. The pour rate is perfect as well for both my pour over and tea brewing. The adjustable temperature setting is easy and matches well to both coffee and multiple tea varieties whose requirements range based on the blend. I haven’t applied wood conditioning yet but that is something to watch to keep this beautiful piece looking top notch. Would definitely recommend to someone that enjoys exacting taste. Great product!!

I love this kettle! I’ve had the Stagg EKG Kettle for years now and used it every day. The redesign with the new base and updated lid is a wonderful upgrade. The new altitude specific setting also makes a huge difference. It’s a pleasure to use and the pour is perfect every time.
Aside from the product itself, the customer service from Fellow is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend any of their products based off of that alone!
