I absolutely love this product. I didn't realize it was an coffee overpour unit, as I bought it strictly for tea hot water and it heats and keeps the water at the perfect temperature.

I did a bunch of research on kettles for pour overs, and the coffeeheads swore the Stagg EKG was the best. My partner is the primary coffee maker in our house, and after just a couple weeks, he is smitten with the Stagg. We love the temperature control, the hold setting, the speed, the accuracy of the pour, and the shape/feel of the kettle itself.
The only two things I've noticed are 1) if you try to remove the lid by twisting the knob, the knob unscrews itself - it's a pull lid but it's firm, so it takes a little effort; and 2) the metal of the lid gets really hot (obviously) so you kind of have to be conscientious when taking it off right after use.
