It Delivers What They Say it Delivers. What Else Can You Ask For?

Enjoying all the features of my new Fellow Stag EKG Electric Kettle. My plan is to evaluate coffee beans as they are supposed to taste in order to decide if I am willing to be a no dairy and/or no sugar coffee drinker. This requires that I don't mess up several factors. This Kettle allows me to control the temperature and the pour without transferring the heated water to another goose-neck pouring device that doesn't hold the temp like this kettle does. It's light weight enough, even when full to pour without trouble and after I fill up the top of the Chemex (with the grounds), I can put the kettle back on the base to hold the temp at 205. It also looks nice on our counter top and my wife is ok with it staying there, --- Woo Hoo!! That's a big win!!

Great at keeping and maintaining a certain temperature, beautiful finish, sleek design. Might be user brain power, but to change the temp, you just turn it on and change the dial - I kept trying to click to pick the temp and it turns it off. Also doesnt turn off automatically when you remove the kettle, which is probably on purpose, but i forget to turn it off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After using this kettle in our hotel, we had to have one for ourselves! We absolutely love it! Looks beautiful on our kitchen counter not like other kettles. Heats quickly, and we use it everyday!
