Nearly perfect

A ding or whistle when your water reaches temperature would be much appreciated, the screen also feels a bit to pixelated. Everything else is wonderful, it's stylish, small footprint, heats up water faster than any electric kettle I've had. The hold temp slider switch is a genius addition. Doubles as a great indoor plant watering can.

The EKG kettle setup is really perfect for pour-overs: a variable temperature set-n-hold with LED readout is brilliant, as is the timer with a 3 second primer so you can get your gooseneck in position before your bloom pour starts. I got the polished stainless steel and love it.
Note: if you have been using a Buono or Bonavita kettle you will find the EKG kettle has a reduced stream to stay gentle on the grinds. If you don't mind that, then this is the one.
Why 4 stars? My kettle's handle doesn't look like it is seated into the kettle housing as well as it should be, and a very small gap between handle and housing is visible. Since this is brand new I intend to contact Fellow and ask if this normal.

Went with the pink kettle, #noregerts. It looks amazing in our coffee nook, and works so well and smoothly. Figured out how to play wormy too, let the games begin!

The design is awesome. Sleek. The size of the pot is small and the temperature doesn't get hot enough. The size of pot causes water to boil out of the top overflow holes. I recommend something different unless you enjoy a small cup of warm coffee.
