Great kettle

The kettle will turn off after 30 minutes, however I’m going to have to get use to this feature. My old kettle would turn off as soon as I picked it up off the base. I replaced my empty kettle the other day and had forgotten to turn it off, the temperature kept rising. I think it was left on and empty for about 10 minutes.

Beautiful and heats and holds temperature well

Stunning kettle, very attractive works well with no leaks while pouring and very happy with the purchase. On button is a little flaky: I’ve found myself having to unplug the kettle to make sure it’s actually working. I would expect the one solid tap to turn it on and one solid tap to turn it off. I think you’ve tried to add too much functionality into one button/knob and this makes its on and off not always work as expected.
I do like how quiet this kettle is but it would be nice to get a visual or auditory indicator when the kettle is heated at temperature. This is not very accessible for someone who is blind or not looking at the kettle.

All the colors are good. But the pink one is perfect. Everyone has the black one. Being able to specify a target temp is key when you go between pour-overs and aeropress, etc. It also looks really nice.

My husband loves a carefully curated cup of Joe in the morning. He was roughing it with an old kettle we found years ago that barely had a spout. Purchasing this Stagg electric Kettle changed his coffee game! Spills, dribbles, drips and puddles are a thing of the past! He has hot and ready water for his pour overs in a matter of seconds. LOVE! THIS!

LOVE our new kettle! Not only does it look super stylish while doing all the things mentioned in the write up, but here are a few other points.
The metal (?) piece between the top of the handle and kettle does not get hot. I read an older review where someone mentioned this as a problem. (Perhaps older model?) Definitely not a problem with mine.
Also, I can let it heat up under a cabinet without steam hurting the cabinet wood (194 degrees). If I were to heat up to boiling (211ish), I’d make sure to pull it out as the steam would rise to the cabinet then.
I love that the kettle holds your selected temperature for the time specified- even after picking it up off the base. My last kettle (different brand) didn’t, so I had to keep resetting the hold. However, if you don’t have much/any water left after a pour, probably want to turn it off - also easy with a quick single button press.
Aside from the nice functions, it’s also just pleasurable to look at displayed on the counter. The design is slick.
For all these reasons, I don’t regret spending the extra money - even if it is just to heat water.

Feels so good to touch. Looks like a piece of art in my kitchen. Love how easy it is to use. Heats up quickly. Water keeps temp. A splurge for sure but the quality and beauty make it worth it. I live using it!

Excellent investment piece for tea and coffee household

It’s beautiful and well made. The handle feels really nice too hold. Love the temp setting and and “hold temp” feature. It is also so quite - much quieter than the older kettle I replaced. Not silent but way quieter than most kettles I’ve experienced. As a tea drinker, I wish the spout was a little bigger but my husband loves the way it pours for his French press coffee.
