What can I say...this kettle is absolutely beautiful! I had a hard time choosing what color to get because they all look so good. But you don't buy a kettle for looks, right? So how does it work? It is absolute perfection. The wooden handle feels so nice in the hand and the kettle is perfectly balanced. I am certainly no pour over expert but the control that you get with this kettle is amazing. It can pour incredibly slow and also fast enough for any pouring technique.
I love the fact that it has a timer built in and the temp control is very accurate down to tenths of a degree.
If I had to nit pick anything, it would be that the heating time to near boiling is very slow. But that's a minor nitpick and you can schedule the kettle to come on when you want so it's ready when you are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Level 100 Pour Over Experience Achieved

This kettle was a game changer for my pour over experience. With easy to control settings and a comfortable grip, my heated beverage experience has improved drastically. I use this kettle for my morning pour over and evening teas. I appreciate that the pre-set temperatures take the guess work out of my hands to create the perfect cup. Thank you, Fellow! Beautiful, easy to use, love the temperature control. The controls are very simple and nothing is excessively complicated, it has a bunch of options for small additional features, but doesn't shove them in your face.

Love our Fellow Stagg kettle! Aesthetically beautiful, fits great next to our Fellow grinder. Quick to boil, settings are easy to use, and really appreciate that there are no beeps or sounds.
