I got this kettle for my partner for Christmas. He and I both love it so much. It has a nice weight and feels good quality without being too heavy. The water heats up so fast, and it keeps the water hot for a while. Love how wide the lid is, and the goose neck spout is perfect for pour over.

Vacuum Canister does not work

I purchased this and brought it home to Mexico City only to find out the Matte Black canister is not working. I´ve looked at every video there is on how to activate the vacuum, but it just doesn´t. Is there any recommended repair service in Mexico City?

Electric Kettle and have done so for a long time. I wanted to share my love of your product with my son and his family. I love the design style of the kettle. Now my whole family owns one (my other son purchased one for his he and his family after using mine). All are happy customers.

After decades of drinking “coffee,” I finally learned it’s supposed to taste this wonderful!
Pour-over is the only way to go, and Stagg EKG Electric Kettle is the ONLY way to get there! Flawless functionality and beautifully designed! There is no bite or acidic taste to my coffee. Each pour is a full-bodied coffee with the finish so smooth! Salute:heart:️Fellows

Overall this is a great kettle. it heats up very fast and is user friendly. I give it 4 stars because if you tip the pot too far forward which I guess I tend to do often it spills out of the lid which is just kind of annoying.
