I love the style of the pot and the precision of the pouring . My only wish would be to have a timer on the base for convenience of knowing how long my tea was brewing- as I use it for tea more than coffee.

I was super excited for this kettle but it simply did not work. If a kettle won’t reliably turn on, that is a problem. Additionally for an expensive product, you can tell that it is cheaply made! Don’t bother

Solid Choice, Room for Improvement

The kettle is aesthetically well designed, although I wish there was more care and attention to how the excess cord could be stowed/managed. I am also having an issue with the on/off/ button - I often have to press it several times to get a response (for both turning on and off). I do not use the 'hold temp' feature, but appreciate the short time it keeps water at the set temperature while in use. Overall a good kettle, but like most things, has room for improvement.

Overall this is a great kettle. it heats up very fast and is user friendly. I give it 4 stars because if you tip the pot too far forward which I guess I tend to do often it spills out of the lid which is just kind of annoying.

I had trouble with "on" button, finally got the base replaced. Now it works, but turning on still -- sometimes -- requires a little coaxing. I love having the temperature setting, which is the main reason I bought it. Putting temp on "hold" is a great feature, and the handle is also very nice to hold. Though expensive, it's worth the money if it lasts. We will see how it holds up over time.

Very classy looking that heats water quickly. I would give it a 5-star if the on/off button was not tempermental.

I love my electric kettle, but it has one flaw, the on/off button doesn’t always work. I may need to send it back for repair.
