Perfect kettle that does everything it needs to while looking beautiful! I had a very minor issue with the wood finish and customer support was super easy to work with. I'd buy another if I needed 2 kettles!

So far so good. It keeps on boiling water and working well. Cleaning it seems easy enough but depending on how often you use the kettle you may need to repeat the cleaning process 1 or 2 times.

The shipping was fast, and everything arrived safely. It's a beautiful looking kettle, and heats the water up so quickly. I would usually do something quick around the house before the water would be ready, but now I can just stick around the kettle.

We had to get a replacement because ours quit working and you sent us the wrong type of kettle . We did not want a goose neck kettle . How do we go about getting the correct kettle ?

So handsome and so precise. The gooseneck was not what i was expecting and i swapped it for the regular spout. Both kettles are great.
