Beautiful and bright

This is one of my favorite objects. I've had it for over a year now, and every time I go to make coffee it brings be joy. The design is sleek and uncluttered, the functionality is ideal, and it feels amazing in your hand (especially with the wood handle). You do need to be careful to not fill past the line or it sputters into the indentation on top, and it is suboptimal for making tea because the pour takes its time. But overall, get this and you'll feel like your whole kitchen has become a classier and more exciting place.

Nice but small volume

Really like the design and function of this kettle. Heats up quick and holds temp well. It does slow down on heating as it reaches temp and can take a bit to reach those last few degrees. My main complaint is that it is limited to 900 mL. This is just enough water volume to make coffee for two 16oz Carter mugs in a Chemex, but I would prefer at least a liter of water.

The little kettle that could!

I was looking for a replacement kettle and this has been a delight. It's smaller on the counter and beautiful to look at, heats quickly and quietly, and the 'hold' feature has come in handy more than I expected. The max volume also happens to be the perfect amount for my 6 cup Chemex - coincidence, fine coffee people? I'm new to the gooseneck and poured too fast the first time causing some water to come out from the area around the lid and then realized I needed to pour slower to allow the kettle to work its magic. Once I changed the pace, everything has been wonderful - down to the ergonomics of the handle! Would recommend.

Although we very much enjoyed our first purchase of this kettle (over Amazon), the digital readout suddenly quit working. We took our chances and ordered a new one directly from you. We expected that something of this quality would last much longer than two and a half years.

I’ve been using this for about a week now. I’m new to the pour over method so certainly no expert. I think the kettle is pretty awesome. It gets to temperature quickly and holds well. Controls are simple and subtle. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 are two-fold. First, the wood on the lid and handle are not a good match at all. Purely aesthetic. Also, the lid seems a bit fragile and it is a bit clunky going on and coming off.

The water line mark inside is too high

Love the kettle. The look of the design is the best out of all the electric kettles on the market. The water line mark inside is too high. If you fill it with water up to the line, it will spit water out of the wholes in the cover when boils.
It is also very pricy that is why I gave only four stars.
