Great unit. Much better than the Bonavita unit it replaced

I've been using Bonavita gooseneck electric kettles for my pour-over coffees at both home at work for about 10 years now. I've now worn out two of those units at home and decided to look for a more durable unit and came across the Stagg EKG and was surprised how much difference the narrower gooseneck on the Stagg EKG made in the flavor of the coffee! Big improvement and the style is much better. Wish I had switched years ago.

What can I say? It's perfect. Its quiet, beautiful, effective. Gorgeously smooth pour, quick boil time... I love the adjustable temperature and the built in timer is a godsend. Worth every penny.

Works perfectly and looks beautiful on the counter. I have always struggled with getting the right temp for different teas and pour-over. The temp setting and hold function on this kettle are game-changing.

For something so expensive it doesn’t turn on sometimes

As much as I like the product when it works. Sometimes I have to click the button 10 times before it turns on. Not sure if that’s normal with this product but it sucks when you really want a hot cup of coffee in the morning.
