I got this kettle for my partner for Christmas. He and I both love it so much. It has a nice weight and feels good quality without being too heavy. The water heats up so fast, and it keeps the water hot for a while. Love how wide the lid is, and the goose neck spout is perfect for pour over.

Vacuum Canister does not work

I purchased this and brought it home to Mexico City only to find out the Matte Black canister is not working. I´ve looked at every video there is on how to activate the vacuum, but it just doesn´t. Is there any recommended repair service in Mexico City?
