Love the hardware. It’s beautiful and does exactly what you want. Unfortunately the software is either glitchy or too confusing and I find myself often mashing the button trying to get it to do what I want.

Love love my Stagg electric kettle. I mostly use it for making tea. It pours slowly which is a reminder to slow down breathe enjoy and be present. Just bought another as a gift.

Ordered this kettle along with an Opus grinder and when the equipment works, it’s great. However, in the first couple of grinds with the opus grinder, it would stay clogged and not grind the coffee. Fellow sent me a replacement for the grinder and it’s great. Two weeks later and now the digital screen on my kettle has gone out. Waiting for a response from fellow but so far I’m extremely disappointed.

Kettle leaks from the top when trying to pour. It is very slow if you are using for other than pour over. Heard up quickly. Easy to use.

Two of the rubber feet came off almost right away. I followed your advice to glue them on. Apparently not the first time it happened. The lid sticks when you lift it requiring two hands instead of one. It rises quickly to the right temperature so it does the job but for the price I feel like you ripped me off.
