Pretty on the outside, lacking inner beauty

Quality is lacking. I am in the process of exchanging mine because the on/off button is glitchy. Lid isn’t super secure either as it dribbles. Looks nice but I expected a sturdier product. I anticipate having ongoing issues, unfortunately. Seems like initial models were made better but when going into mass production some corners were cut? Look nice tho lol.

I got sent a replacement

I got sent a replacement for a broken one and the new one seems worse. The button to turn on and off and adjust the temperature is very stiff/

I love this kettle! You

I love this kettle! You can set whatever target temperature that you want. The water gets to the target temperature very quickly. The water stays at that temperature long enough. Lastly the kettle is very stylish!

I just love the design and shape Of it and how quick It is to heat the water. The timer function is a huge plus and I use it every time.
The control of the flow of water is insanely nice.
My whole family uses this now even though they poo pood the idea of a nice kettle.

This was a gift for a good friend who has had a slog of a pandemic and likes a good cup of coffee. She loves the kettle and adores the pink color. And she really appreciates the ability to have more control over the water temp.
