Awesome and cool electric kettle!

I was searching online for a decent electric kettle that heats water quickly. I finally decided to go with the Fellow brand. I've been using my Stagg EKG kettle every day for about two months and so far, I'm very happy with the purchase. If you make your coffee using the pour over method like I do, this is the way to go.
The price is a little steep, but well worth it in my opinion. These electric kettles are designed very well. I ordered the blue kettle with the walnut handle and it looks very cool. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

lid leaked all over counter

I have been eyeing this product for ages and was thrilled to get it. I didn't over fill it but when I poured the last quarter of the water out, the lid significantly dripped all over my counter. Additionally, I would have to press the on off button multiple times before it was responsive. Just disappointed, was excited to give myself this gift.

Stylish but questionable quality

Our first kettle arrived malfunctioning. Customer service was hard to reach but we finally got a replacement. It's a stylish product but now the handle seems to have loosened a bit so I can't give it 5 stars especially given the high cost.

Love my EKG!

I've loved my kettle for over a year now. The temperature control is great and stable, it heats up quickly which I appreciate for energy efficiency, it feels great to handle, and it looks beautiful. When I started having some technical issues with my kettle (temperature reading incorrect and eventually stopped heating up), I reached out to Fellow and they sent me a free replacement! How incredible! I'm so glad to continue to use this product and appreciate the generosity of the company to send me a new one that wasn't operating effectively. Fellow, you have this coffee nerd's heart!
