Smooth pour and temp control

This thing is great. It’s simple to control and holds the perfect amount of water for a large tumbler of tea, or a quick shot from the aero-press. It pours slowly enough to control your pour, stays hot and holds the temperature till you’re done, and looks nice on the counter while not in use.

Failed design for power base.

The heating unit power button does not work properly or consistently, and requires numerous presses and unplugging in order to get it to turn on. Fellows should redesign the touch button to switch to ensure it powers on / off.

A beautiful object that might burn you

This kettle is a beautiful object and there are so many great things about it- the electric heating component is perfect and user friendly and it looks great sitting on the countertop
With all of that said, unfortunately the design is horribly flawed. After filling water to the fill line you will realize that when you start pouring the kettle leaks…. All over the place. The pour is also extremely inconsistent. I am surprised that so many people rave about this kettle. I think it’s a great start but needs to be altered to be functional.

Our stove top kettle broke

Our stove top kettle broke and there are a lot of people/coffee and tea drinkers coming in and out of the kitchen in this household. Having a kettle away from the stove was just what we needed. This is a great kettle. I love the hold button to keep the water hot. It also is very pleasing to look at. Now that we have it, can’t live without. Thank you!

Wonderful product. Extremely easy to use. Turns on with simply button light push. Elegant design with narrow spout so never a rush of scalding water. Great gift too. We have two of them now.

It works really well and I love the pink color. I had some problems with the maple knob splitting but customer service help me out and now I’m putting mineral oil on it once a week and hopefully that problem won’t occur again.

Wow! This kettle is so gorgeous. It’s modern and sleek and different. Looks beautiful on the counter. It’s a little on the smaller side and the pour is slow so you have to get used to that. My first one had a problem with the on/off button but the company sent me another one immediately. They did not have the grey color I bought but the new one was equally beautiful and worked well. Would recommend this product to others
