We love it! It's beautiful, perfectly controls temperature, easy to use and make no noise!. However, it conducts heat and becomes pretty hot on its exterior surface when done. It also leaks if you pour too fast, and get a bit of a smell when boiling.

I love the way this kettle LOOKS. It’s sleek and fancy. However, it’s not very convenient. My tea making experience is less enjoyable now. It takes forever to pour (I know, it’s used for pour overs), and the “max” line is printed on only one side of the interior of the kettle. You have to hold it a certain way to see the line.
This may seem knit picky, but I wish I had know before purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
