Unsystematized app , doesn't update

I had a hard time registering at first. It kept saying invalid because the serial number was not the one attached to the kettle.
Unsystematized app, and then the wifi doesn't work, and they call it pro and sell it for a high price..
What kind of firmware update takes more than 3 days.. It doesn't even update. I will never buy a product from here again.

So far, so good! I'm definitely in my coffee snob era, so I'm enjoying all the different brew methods. There was a bit of a learning curve, but if you READ the directions, you'll be fine. I wish I could have one in every colour!
I hope Fellow updates their app to allow scheduling more than just one day.
I love that the product was created by Engineers in the U.S.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great kettle, useless app

Kettle works great, no complaints there. The app is completely worthless so far. When it does connect it won't update, now it won't connect at all. It would be five stars if it weren't for the dysfunctional app.

Worth the Investment

The slow pour rate is exceptional even among gooseneck kettles, and it makes for excellent pourover. Also, since Fellow is U.S. based, I know this will work with the electrical system in my home.

I love the design and the speed at which the water boils. My only criticism is that the color of the wood on the knob on the lid is darker than the light wood of the handle, just a little thing but nonetheless, it was very expensive, and I expected it to be perfect.

Great but really want Apple HomeKit integration

The good: Quality construction, design, feel in hand, rapidity with which it boils, good temperature maintenance, nice to schedule the kettle on for morning tea.
The disappointing: Updater App does not work reliably. Don’t know if the kettle actually updated. It appeared to do something but stuck in “Updating Soon”.
The missed opportunity: Apple HomeKit or Google Home integration so I can schedule with other things and turn on the kettle before I get home.
I do like this, but they could have made it so much better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
