Second kettle that dies in less than 18 months

The base of my electric kettle stopped displaying temperature or turning on at all but kept heating up the water. I filed a warranty claim and they sent me a replacement kettle that lasted less than 3 months, same issues but this time it won't even heat up water.

Great design, interface needs work

We love the look and function of the kettle. But the on/off button is poorly designed and must be pressed exactly right to work. It often takes multiple pushes to turn the kettle on or off, which is frustrating.

A very nice kettle!

Very nice electric kettle! I use it for tea in a gaiwan, so the slower, controlled pour works very well for this. The controls are easy to use. The percise temperature controls and the hold time are a pleasure.

I had been eyeing this electric kettle for some time. I saw a good deal and jumped on it. I gave my old electric kettle away after receiving this. Very happy with design, controlled pouring, temperature control.... everything!
