I love everything about this kettle. It lived up to the hype. My kettle's minimalist style fits perfectly with my kitchen decor. However, most importantly, it performs as described, heating quickly and maintaining the set temperature. My only issue is that I wish the cord was longer. Otherwise, I highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful design- I keep mine plugged in and on display within my master bedroom. It’s not only beautiful but I use it to heat water to the exact temperature for my tea ritual every evening.

A little finicky with the

A little finicky with the controls/setup but once you figure it out it works well enough. I'd like a little more functionality (multiple scheduled boils, automatic rescheduling) but those are conveniences, not necessities.
As a kettle it works great, probably overkill for my purposes but I'm happy I bought it.

This is a nice looking kettle with even better customer service. We had some spattering issues (and more) with our first and they switched it out no problem. My only complaint is it’s smaller than my former kettle and I always have to brew a bit more water for my pour over.
