Uncomfortable to hold and cheap material

I was so excited to receive this but was disappointed upon opening it. It felt rather cheap material-wise and the handle is super awkward—not at all ergonomic. You have to sort of twist your wrist in a weird way to hold onto it, or prop your thumb up on the stubby part while using the rest of your hand to hold onto the handle. As someone with tendonitis, I don’t recommend this kettle at all. It doesn’t feel like the design was well-thought out in terms of usage and comfort. It does look nice on the counter though. 😅
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great tool but App deficient

I bought this last week and I love it, but I have problems with the app, when ypu update the firmware, never complete the process and you can't use the app.

So far so good! The kettle is as advertised, beautiful looking, easy to operate and quick to heat up. As long as it lasts a long time without any quirky issues that I've heard about, I'm very happy with this kettle for my pour over coffee making.
