This kettle has been a huge upgrade and is a pleasure to use. My only complaint is that the connection to the base isn’t very solid. It doesn’t feel like the kettle really locks into the base, but it’s certainly not gonna be falling off.

This kettle is incredible! It’s my first Big Girl kettle and it has been awesome for my coffee and tea AND it looks great on my coffee bar

Yes I do absolutely love its’ sleek design and the way it feels. This is my first gooseneck anything and I like how it makes my coffee taste with the slow pour. I like that I can hold and set temperature. This is a totally new experience for me. However I wish it was larger. For my partner and I to both have coffee in the morning (and we each like using large mugs) we have to fill and boil the water 2x to get our morning cups. I got this so I could be more eco friendly and energy efficient, but I wonder if it’s really saving on energy-use in this case?

It heats water and holds at a temp perfect for pourovers or making delicate teas. I like the tactility of the knob, and the matte touch finish on the kettle and base.
I only wish the power cord was ~4-5" longer, but I'm not going to take a star off for that...
