Don't know that I can live without my Stagg Kettle

I've had a Gen 1 Stagg Kettle since about 2021 or 2022, used it every day to make several cups of coffee. We recently upgraded because the thermal fuse went on the old one and I didn't feel like fixing it.
The new kettles are an upgrade in every way from touch and feel to the overall functionality, Fellow took a perfect item and somehow improved it far beyond what was necessary. Really outstanding product.

Earned its permanent spot on the counter

The Stagg EKG Electric Kettle is one of those rare kitchen tools that earns a permanent spot on the counter. The matte black finish is gorgeous — sleek, minimal, and somehow makes your whole coffee setup look instantly more intentional (and a little bit cooler).
Functionally, it’s just as impressive. The precision pour-over spout gives you a smooth, controlled drip flow that feels almost therapeutic. No splashing, no messy streams — just perfect, steady control whether you’re making pour-over coffee or warming water for tea.
It heats quickly, holds temperature beautifully, and looks stunning while doing it. A small luxury that genuinely upgrades the everyday ritual.

Great Kettle, Great Coffee

This is my second Stagg EKG Kettle, after I stupidly overfilled my last one while descaling it (i.e. hard water) and ruined it. That said, there's a reason why I replaced it with a second Stagg Kettle rather than turning to a cheaper alternative. Put simply, it's great. It's elegant, it's functional, it looks great on my countertop, it heats up quickly, it can be set to beverage-specific temperatures, and it's as useful for pour-over coffee as it is for evening tea or instant oatmeal. If you're waffling about whether or not to get one, don't overthink it. Just treat yourself.

Everything I expected, and beyond

I might’ve waited a bit too long to buy the Stagg EKG Pro (Studio), but I’m really glad I finally did. I could immediately taste the difference in the quality of my pour overs. It’s truly been a no-regrets purchase. The precise temperature control is exceptional, and the flow rate feels perfect.
The only adjustment for me, coming from a traditional kettle, is remembering to turn it off when it’s empty. Not a flaw, just something to keep in mind.
Overall, it’s a fantastic purchase and an easy recommendation if you’re looking for a precise, feature-rich kettle.
