Overall Great Kettle

After a year of use, the kettle still works great and is very reliable. I love how it looks on the counter. Unfortunately knocking off a star because 2 of the foot pads on the base have fallen off and their only solution is to rip off the other 2 so it stays even. Pretty silly solution for something that shouldn't have fallen off in the first place. Disappointed in this! Hopefully it's not a common issue, but they should reconsider finding a better solution to this!

Knob cracked, no-water alert stopped functioning

We have the pink kettle; it heats fast and was great till the knob cracked and fell off the lid, and the "no water" alert stopped functioning. Exchanging for a different model, w diff knob, hoping this solves the problems.

Very good kettle, gets the water to a boil very quickly. Only downside is that the pour is a bit slow and the metal rim connecting the handle to the pot gets very hot too. Overall, great product.

Very impressed on how well this kettle was made. It is not only great quality, it is easy to use and most of all it protects someone like me who tends to forget the kettle is on. Love the automatic turn off and especially how it keeps my water warm yet hot enough for additional tea or coffee. Thank you!!
