The start button only works

The start button only works 1/3 of the time. The heating platform in general seems cheap. It does heat fast. I like the hold temp feature

I was super excited for this kettle but it simply did not work. If a kettle won’t reliably turn on, that is a problem. Additionally for an expensive product, you can tell that it is cheaply made! Don’t bother

Solid Choice, Room for Improvement

The kettle is aesthetically well designed, although I wish there was more care and attention to how the excess cord could be stowed/managed. I am also having an issue with the on/off/ button - I often have to press it several times to get a response (for both turning on and off). I do not use the 'hold temp' feature, but appreciate the short time it keeps water at the set temperature while in use. Overall a good kettle, but like most things, has room for improvement.

Besides the sleek look, this kettle is awesome! I especially like how the base helps to keep the kettle temperature at the set temp.
