I had an issue with the initial one where the display was flashing and difficult to read. After a brief conversation with customer service I was able to secure a replacement. No issues with the new one works as expected. Heats up decently quickly enough and perfect for pour over and aeropress coffee!

This is the most stylish, efficient, sweet kettle I've ever bought. Also the most expensive. But worth it! And I won't burn it up on the stove because it is a very smart kettle and allows me to set it to turn off after 15 minutes. I think it also turns off if there is no water in it but I'm not sure. I love the lines and the color and the wooden handle. We gave it as a gift to someone who also appreciates it. Fantastic find!

This kettle has elevated my coffee experience for pour-over from mediocre to amazing. I really enjoy the exact temp setting and the hold feature. Fellow did a great job ensuring that my temp setting doesn’t move when I press the button, despite the fact that that the knob often moves a little when I press it. The experience is that the product behaves in the way I want, superb!
