Mostly gets the job done. Issues:
- pour is slower than other goosenecks (too slow)
- the on/off button doesn’t always register; need to press it a few times to turn it on usually

I love this kettle! It’s gorgeous, heats water quickly, and feels very sturdy. My ONLY complaint is that the button can be a little fickle. Other than that I’m very happy with it!

So so beautiful, but unless you have the patience of a saint will drip copiously on all nearby surfaces. We have to pour it over the sink to avoid puddles. Also, not returnable after you have unpackaged to discover this on first pour. Good luck!

Very pretty, missing safety features

The Stagg EKG is a beautiful little device. It is quite specific in its use though. I am an avid coffee drinker (and it is great for that) but it has some other features in it's price point that make it a hard sell for me to recommend.
In particular, the lack of an overboil protection feature is quite concerning. My wife accidentally left this thing on because she didn't know how to use it and boiled it dry. Other (much cheaper) goosenecks have overboil protection, seems like a really strange miss on Fellow's part.

I love that I don’t have to tip it very far to get water out. Plus, it looks snazzy as heck on my counter. The black and walnut look really nice together.
