I love the gooseneck for complete control of pouring water over the coffee bed. The temperature control and 'hold' are also some of my favorite features.

This kettle feels like a friend that is there for you to interact with whenever you need hot water. And it gives you exactly what you need - water at your desired temperature. Note, that there is minimum and I think maximum temperature.
