A solid 3*s, but not 4 or 5

First, the positives: the kettle has a chic design and the matte black finish is perfect . I’ve had the kettle for a month, and the heating unit still works well and Homs the temp for an hour. The control buttons are aesthetically pleasing and function precisely.
The negatives are: the pour spout is too narrow and takes patience to fill a cup with hot water. If you elevate the kettle in an attempt to increase flow, hot water spills-out of kettle at the top. Kettle is also a bit too small; really only enough water for a couple of cups of tea; then time to refill!

Great kettle but has some bugs.

This is a great kettle. Well balanced. Pours well. This would be five stars rating, but the schedule functionality does not work consistently. I set it the night before. It just shows the "Schedule" view in the morning and does not boil at the scheduled time (see photo). I'm hoping it is a bug and they can fix it in a future software update.

Basic functionality buggy

Power button doesn't usually work on the the first press and has to be pushed multiple times. This was a minor inconvenience at first but now it takes more and more tries. For a premium price point I would expect basic functionality to operate seamlessly.

Second kettle that dies in less than 18 months

The base of my electric kettle stopped displaying temperature or turning on at all but kept heating up the water. I filed a warranty claim and they sent me a replacement kettle that lasted less than 3 months, same issues but this time it won't even heat up water.

Great design, interface needs work

We love the look and function of the kettle. But the on/off button is poorly designed and must be pressed exactly right to work. It often takes multiple pushes to turn the kettle on or off, which is frustrating.

Very nice electric kettle! I use it for tea in a gaiwan, so the slower, controlled pour works very well for this. The controls are easy to use. The percise temperature controls and the hold time are a pleasure.
