I tried to talk myself out of this expense, but I kept coming back to it - for months. I purchased this ahead of my moving into a new home. I'm waiting to use it there. Maybe I will add to this when I actually use it. This was definitely a splurge for me, but I'm looking at it like an artful and useful piece for my new kitchen!

Works like a dream second time around

The first kettle I purchased boiled violently, spewing water everywhere. The lid was also very hard to open. Fellow customer service was outstanding, and the warranty replacement works like a dream. Love the looks, and now also the functionality of this kettle!

The kettle is a bit on the pricier side but in my opinion worth every penny.
Fast shipping (left shipper at same day I ordered it), beautiful design and easy to operate, rapid and quit heating, slow and steady poor makes it perfect for pour over coffee…in short after trying other kettles in the past, it is just perfect!

Great unit. Much better than the Bonavita unit it replaced

I've been using Bonavita gooseneck electric kettles for my pour-over coffees at both home at work for about 10 years now. I've now worn out two of those units at home and decided to look for a more durable unit and came across the Stagg EKG and was surprised how much difference the narrower gooseneck on the Stagg EKG made in the flavor of the coffee! Big improvement and the style is much better. Wish I had switched years ago.

What can I say? It's perfect. Its quiet, beautiful, effective. Gorgeously smooth pour, quick boil time... I love the adjustable temperature and the built in timer is a godsend. Worth every penny.
