Nice product, but known issue with the power button still happening

Love the product, but the power button is really flaky. It takes a few taps to turn on and is sometimes unresponsive when I want to power it off. I'm worried that eventually the power button may stop functioning altogether.

The kettle heats up extremely quickly and is great for pour-over coffee thanks to the slow flow-rate. That same slow flow-rate makes it tedious for any other purpose. The power button is fussy. I have to press it two or three times to activate it, whether to turn the machine on or off. Not a gigantic defect, but at this price point, there shouldn't be any defects at all.

The kettle is superb. It heats water quickly and precisely. The long narrow spout pours slowly and is especially effective for tea.The wood handle doesn’t get hot. Overall, the design is elegant…a beautiful, efficient addition to our kitchen.
