Gorgeous, easy-to-use kettle

I absolutely love the design of this kettle - looks gorgeous on my countertop! It boils water in a just a few minutes and the thin spout allows for very exact pours. One thing is that it doesn't make any sort of noise when it reaches the specified temperature (since it doesn't whistle), but it does tell you the temperature of the water on the screen. Regardless, it is lovely and could not be easier to use.

I love the way this elegant kettle looks in my kitchen! I even purchased some appliance to match. Looks give it a 10 out of 10. The operation is not straightforward and the on/off button is fussy. Also it seems to be a bit inaccurate I set it to 212 F and it isnt vigorously boiling as it should at that temp. But like most beautiful things I let it go because Im shallow like that sometimes!

You get what you pay for. This is a great kettle. If you want a quality built, fast heating kettle, with great pour control, then this is for you. I really like the "Hold Temp" feature.

Not perfect

Beautiful. but unless you use it only to make coffee, the temperatures are not precise. I wrote the company to complain about temperature settings for green tea etc. I was informed the kettle does not work well at lower settings. So why call it a variable kettle? Why not just make it go to one setting for coffee? Now I need to replace it with one kettle to do it all or have two kettles on my counter. Other kettles work well on all settings. I also don’t like that it stays on hold for an hour. I try to remember to turn it off but I wish it turned itself off more quickly.
