This kettle is aesthetically gorgeous and functionally not far behind. It heats up the water quickly and pours cleanly and consistently.
My problem with this kettle is that the button does not always register. Most times I have to press the on/off button two or three times before it actually turns on or off. Despite that it is still worth using.

Long time want-er, first time get-er

In terms of coffee brewing, this is a step-change in my ability to control the amount and location of water, not to mention the precision of the temperature. (previously I was using a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup in the microwave, so...)
In terms of design, aesthetics, fit & finish: it met and exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied and look forward to many years of use.

I love it! It’s beautiful. Works great. My only complaint is that it takes a while to heat up the water. Maybe that’s just me though. I definitely want to buy another one in a different color.

Beautiful design, but quality control issues

Love the look and feel of the kettle. Heats up quickly and easy to use. A few issues with the kettle. One is that the button is finicky. To turn the kettle off, sometimes only one button press is required. Other times, it requires two or more button presses. Another issue is that the temperature gauge also seems finicky. You have to press down on the kettle and make sure it's in the slot correctly for the temp to read correctly. For example, the temp reading will be stuck at 85C, even though the water is obviously boiling from the hissing sound and steam it makes. I then press down hard on the kettle to make sure it's seated properly, and suddenly the temp reading jumps to 100C (the correct temp).
