It is great gadget to go with your everyday backpack and even without it. I can put my camera and have great handsfree experience. It is not really that bulky and it does not make it uncomfortable to have it after a long walk

The extra Clip is very handy for when traveling with more than one camera. Specially, being able the place the camera on a tripod from the Capture unit. Plug and Play. Highly Recommend.

This is the product that got me hooked on Peak Design

The earlier clip pro was my initial purchase from Peak Design. I still have and use it. I've added two capture clip V3's to my ever growing kit of gear. At the time it was a hard decision to make. all of my tripod heads were Manfroto at the time and required adapters. I'm glad I went for it and I'm happy to say I never second guessed that choice. Now you don't need the adapters. You can buy a plate designed to work with them if you need. The capture clip is a great way to balance accessibility and security of your camera. I generally use them two ways. I've used them on my belt with the pro pad (I have the old and new versions of this too). I've used them on my backpack shoulder strap. In both of these cases it works great when I'm out walking about. The cameral doesn't bounce around like it can on a strap. Once you get comfortable with it, it's just as accessible. Personally, I'm glad I have both. The new ones look much more stylish but the old one is a little bigger so it can fit on some straps the new ones won't. So, I am not letting go of my old one and I like the new version enough to have two.

Amazing Capture Clip

What an amazing capture clip. It's so versatile and I can use it on pretty much anything that has a strap. This works best with the dual plate if you need to use a tripod of any type of quick release plate.

A Photographers Dream

I orignally recieved a camera clip for Christmas from my girlfriend. I use it all the time hiking. It's very lightweight and the fact that it straps right onto your shoulder strap makes your pack feel a lot lighter. It's great to have the camera readily available. I never miss out on shots when outdoors. I would recommend this to any photographer.

Very happy with this clip. I bought the silver clip for the Sage duffel bag. It looks sharp and is very useful when traveling and dont want to bring my travel bag due to weight.

My Capture (clip only) and P.O.V. Kit were delivered today so I've been out to test how they work on a backpack using my GoPro Hero 4 Session and Hero 5 Black and the results are in. This setup works really well with a GoPro and turns a backpack into a stable mount for the camera. It's beautifully designed and manufactured and I wasn't aware at any time of feeling the clip pressing into my chest as I have been with alternative mounts that rely on Velcro to hold everything in place. Congratulations on coming up with such a great solution to mounting a GoPro on a backpack!
