[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sweeper for a great price. Love the retractable cord feature. We have hardwood floors with area rugs and 2 dogs that shed a lot. Only downside is using the attachments...pretty basic , but for the price there fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. We have two area rugs in our home. We have cleaning assistance come in every other week. We have three cats. On first use, the amount of pet hair extracted from these rugs was enormous. We were in awe of the performance of this vacuum. It was very easy to maneuver with it's swivel pivot. Emptying the canister after use was simple and very easy. The retractable cord is a big plus on convenience. Only positives about the product. On the con side - we bought this product directly from Bissell. There was much changing and conflicting information on delivery. It arrived, but tracking information kept changing and was never accurate. Still -- the product was worth the frustration in delivery. If based on the product alone, this would be a 5* rating. Also appreciate that some of my spending will be donated to animal causes by Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always had Shark vacs in the past. We decided to try this out because they give back to the pounds to help animals. I find this vac to be very user UNfriendly. The wand is awful. The design is awful. I am giving it away and will buy another Shark. I need a wand that is solid and not a hose. I need one that I can pull out and not have to attach everything to it. This is a bummer. I have birds and 3 Poms. This vac won't meet my needs at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
