[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Vacuum cleaner so much !!! I have a black lab and she sheds year round and this vacuum cleaner gets it all up !!!! I have hardwood floors and rugs and it works great on both. I have always had canister vacuum cleaners so I thought I would try an upright and I love it ! I love that all my attachments are right on board to use . I don't have to go find them. Thank you so much for making a vacuum cleaner for dog hair that actually works !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum does a great job, right before it arrived I vacuumed my living room with my old cheap Black & Decker. Once my new Bissell arrived I vacuumed again with it as soon as I got it set up (Very quick and easy process). I wasn't surprised, but very impressed by the amount of dirt this new one got out of my vacuum right after using my old one. I knew the old one wasn't getting everything, but WOW. Bissell is the only brand I'll buy from now on. All the attachments work great, as well. It's a bit heavy but it maneuvers so well and seems to propel itself without me really even pushing it, so the weight doesn't slow me down or cause my arms to ache like it would if it wasn't as maneuverable. I have two cats, a dog, and two kids under 4; the mess on my floors is real, and the Bissell handles it amazingly. It also has done a great job on my kitchen floor, and I love having a vacuum that can handle more than carpets!

Picks up lots of dirt and hair

Could not believe how much dirt and hair it picks up. Only have 2 cats but it picks up so much more than my older vacuum. I love this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this vacuum. Only have two complaints: cord could be longer and the extension hose could be longer. You have to have the entire vacuum right next to you otherwise it will tip over when using the wand. Already hit my head a couple times. Gotta get use to it.
