This is the best vacuum I have ever used. I had just vacuumed my living room with my old vacuum and then went over it again with my new Bissell Swivel Pet Vacuum and could not believe how much it picked up. I could actually feel a difference in the carpet pile when I walked on it. This vacuum got up all the cat hair. I also love the swivel feature. It was so easy to get into tight spaces. The automatic cord rewind is a great timesaver. I used an attachment on my couch. My carpet is so clean now. It inspired me to start my Spring cleaning. My sister has one and she is the one who recommended this vacuum to me. She has a big dog and loves her vacuum also. Good price. Great value. And on top of that, I even get a chance to enter the sweepstakes.

I was very disappointed by the vacuum. I bought it primarily to pick up pet hair and after two weeks of use has already stopped working and spits out dust instead of cleaning it back up. It really stinks to have a vacuum stop working after spending quite a lot of money on the vacuum. Should of went to a competitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pet attachment does a great job picking up pet hair. Lightweight . Swivel is awesome. You have stretch out the hose (to its full eight feet length) before you use it otherwise the recoil will pull the vacuum down. When not in use, the mechanism for reattaching the hose to main vacuum ..should have a clip like hoover does. The bissell outperformed the Hoover pro 3 pet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product! Really digs in and pulls out all of the dirt. Canister was completely full only 2 days after using my old vacuum. A little messy during clean up since canister drops from the bottom and Tripps dirt on the lid but u can tell from the debris that it really got in there for a deep clean! Also with the reach tool was longer
