I like this vacuum a lot. It was an economical replacement for a more expensive one that only lasted a few years. My biggest gripe is on one of the features I was most excited to use. The handheld attachment with the little paddle style brush looked so awesome and durable for pet hair removal. However, I'm not sure if it was designed specifically for hard surfaces, but putting the slightest bit of pressure on it while cleaning my carpeted stairs causes the brush inside to stop rotating, rendering the attachment essentially useless for what I had hoped it would do. Although frustrated with that one feature, I do think this is a great vacuum for its value and for use in a busy, pet owning household.

I have used Dyson's for years but always felt like they were a little bulky and not very user friendly. I took a chance and purchased the CleanView® Swivel Rewind Pet Vacuum and I LOVE IT!!! The suction is amazing, it's so easy to maneuver and the retractable cord is the icing on the cake!! I also love the Pet TurboEraser® Tool for stairs and furniture. I will definitely be purchasing another one!

This vacuum cleaner gets it all up in a few passes. It's light, and takes the corners light a darn sports car! Wish I could take it outside for a spin 'cause she's a real head-turner.

I have two puppers so I need something that works and so far this has been a good investment. The price wasn't bad either. Only down side was wait time for shipping but at this time with Covid it was expected that there would be delays. I like that Bissell supports animal adoptions and donates. That for me is a big reason for buying Bissell products.
