[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of the canister style so I went for the upright. This is so easy to maneuver and picks up pet hair extremely well. This is my first Bissell and very pleased. I always bought Kenmore but with each purchase i was more disappointed.

I am very happy with this purchase! I also love that you can see the brushes from above allowing us to make sure they are spinning and working. Definitely a bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was almost going to buy a shark vaccum but decided to look into your website. I found the clean view swivel pet cleaner instead. This vacuum had the same features I was looking for but at half the price. I really appreciate the foresight into making this product. The vacuum is easy to use, the edge and scatter free features are awesome. Your turbo brush and pointed tool also work great.. I had a chance to clean the parts to the vacuum, it was very easy to take apart and put back. Thank you again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pet hair is a constant battle in our house! We have a black long haired dog, a black cat, a long haired orange cat and a not-so-tidy bunny (in addition to the 3 pre-teen/teen boys). This vacuum conquered every pet hair and mess challenge it went up against. The tan carpet in our house is streaked with black pet hair within hours this time of year and this vacuum erased it all. Our last vacuum was ok at removing pet hair, but the long hair would get stuck in the brushes of the vacuum and was hard to remove. Almost no hair got stuck on either the brushes of the vacuum or the attachments. When a small building block was stuck in the attachment, a few clicks and it came apart to remove. This is the easiest vacuum to clean that I have ever had! One of my favorite parts is that every tool for this vacuum stores ON the vacuum. I don't have to search for any pieces if I need to use an attachment. This stair attachment is the most effective stair tool I have ever used on a vacuum! Even the corners were hair free! The swivel feature makes turning corners and going around edges of furniture easy. This is not the most powerful vacuum I have used, but the many features make it a keeper for me!

I vacuumed one bedroom this morning with the Bissell and it filled the container! Obviously our old vacuums were not doing their job well! 100% would buy again and recommend for those with pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly. I did not have a hard time at all learning about the product. It picked up my dogs hair with ease. I love how long the cord is. I was never worried about running out of length and having the cord pop out of the socket on me. The auto cord rewind was a major plus as well. Saved me the time of wrapping it up. The extra tools it comes with really helped in corners and stairs. The suction on this vacuum is much better than my previous Hoover vacuum, which would leave debris after I made a couple passes. This vacuum seemed to get everything with one pass. I don't really have anything negative to say about it. I would definitely recommend it to friends/family.

Was so happy to find almost the same exact vacuum cleaner, the only thing I would change is when using the wand not to have the vacuum roller still running. That's how my old one worked, this is my opinion!!
